David is punctual, polite, has great building knowledge and definitely not a cowboy. It was an urgent job as my shower was leaking causing my floor to become wet and soggy and dangerous. He was available to come when I phoned and fixed both the leak, and replaced the floorboard by lifting the carpet, cutting out the floorboard and replacing and then putting the carpet back in place. This demonstrated he has a range of skills which I appreciated as was a one stop shop. He is very fair and reasonable in his pricing as well, worked well unsupervised and I would highly recommend David. He is a great tradesman to have on hand when needed and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again when required.
